I stayed here for work. I sleep in hotels 200 days a year: these are Suites, not rooms. New, immaculately kept, and a cleanliness I’ve never seen anywhere else: you could eat off the floor.
There were 17 of us for a hen party and we all slept together: impossible to find in Catania. As an architect, I’ll add: beautiful spaces, cared for down to the last detail.

Useful to know before booking
Is there parking?
Yes, 50 meters away there’s a paid multi-level garage open 24/7. We advise against parking on the street.
Do you offer breakfast?
We don’t serve breakfast on site, but just outside the property there are plenty of bars and pastry shops serving excellent Sicilian breakfasts, sweet or savory.
Do the bathrooms have a bidet?
No. There’s no bidet, but all bathrooms are equipped with a hygienic hand shower.
Can I store my luggage?
We don’t offer a luggage storage service.
However, we do allow temporary storage in the room for guests checking out at 10:00. Luggage can stay in the room until 14:00 at the latest, provided our staff is still present at the property.
For a proper luggage storage service, you’ll find several specialized companies nearby offering this service for a fee.
Can I use the kitchen?
Cooking is only possible in the Deluxe Apartment with 2 Bedrooms, as it has a full kitchen with hood, oven, dishwasher, cookware, stovetop, etc.
In the 5-bedroom apartment, the kitchenette may not be used except to prepare tea or coffee.
How does check-in work?
Check-in from 3:00 PM – Check-out by 10:00 AM.
We welcome you in person: usually Anna is there. If you arrive outside these hours, we’ll send you a video and full instructions on WhatsApp to get in on your own — access is guaranteed 24 hours a day.
Is there an elevator?
The apartment is on the 5th floor. There’s an elevator, but it’s preceded by a short flight of stairs: access is therefore not entirely barrier-free for people with disabilities. For specific needs, write to us before booking.
What are the rates and cancellation terms?

What if I need an invoice?
Simply enter the correct tax details when booking and you’ll receive a proper invoice if your company is based in Italy. Otherwise you’ll receive a PDF copy by email.
Are cots and high chairs available for children?
Yes, both are available but only in the Deluxe apartment with 2 Bedrooms
